Enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll send every library link for that address.
How do I get my files?
Straight after payment you land on a private download page. The same link is emailed to you, and it keeps working, so you can download again later.
What formats are they?
Formats vary by product. Each product page lists exactly what's included, so you'll know before you buy.
Can I use them on my phone while travelling?
Yes. Download the PDFs to your phone (Files on iPhone, Downloads on Android) before you leave so they work without data.
Do the guides get updated?
Each city edition carries a Last Checked date. When an edition is updated, your library link gives you the current version.
Can I share my copy?
Please don't. They're licensed for personal use.
Something wrong with a file?
If a file won't open or isn't what was described, email kateanderson.travel@gmail.com with your order email and we'll help. Terms of sale, including refunds, are on the Terms page.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts at its own rate; checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
